  5 stars only to make you notice . Stopped at 9am this morning. Served promptly and food was relatively fast. No complaints there . However, the whole centre was filthy! Tables not cleaned for goodness knows how long, floors sticky and covered in food and rubbish. Female toilets however, the most disgusting amenities I've ever seen. No soap in dispensers you can get away with but, sticky door handles, toilet paper over floor and sanitary bins over flowing! Take about Health risk . Never again

  Dirty and foul. Ordered a hamburger with NO BUN, explained my daughter has celiac so CAN NOT eat wheat... got a burger with a bun, took it back, 5 staff had a meeting about it trying to work out why we returned it, manager brought over another ... hamburger IN a BUN. Took about 15 mins of frustrated explanation before they finally understood. No bun meant ... NO BUN.

  Food service great mcCafe service very slow, meal finished before coffee ready only one person before us less taking more serving needed at McCafe.

  If they'd gotten our small Drive Thru order right the first time, my rating would have been better. But, as happens in other McDonald's, they don't & certainly here, they don't care. After giving our rushed order (they were rushing, we weren't!), I drove to the next counter & queried whether the girl had heard one of the drinks correctly? I'd ordered a small mocha frappe along with a small chocolate shake & small fries. The girl said that's why she'd asked if the order was correct in the first instance. I didn't bother saying that her speech was so fast I'd missed half of what she'd said. But I repeated our order & was told that, " No you asked for a chocolate frappe. I denied it & asked my husband what I'd said? He confirmed that I'd said, "mocha". She then asked if I wanted mocha & I said politely that yes I did. We then went to the next window & received our order. As soon as I was handed my drink, I knew it wasn't mocha, but chocolate. The moral of the story is. Check, double-check & triple check because they just don't seem to care. I didn't park & go in to complain because I had a headache at the time, BUT if there is a next time , I will be doing all of the above.
